David has 15 years of experience in Organizational Management leading strong, diverse teams who use shared goals to get big things done. He’s been with Statewide since 2017, and served as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves since his active duty ended in that same year. That’s probably why he’s most passionate about service—service to Statewide’s customers, service to his team members, and service to the development of Statewide’s business. He’s learned that high performing organizations’ most appreciable assets are their people, and they’re ALWAYS worth investing in.
During his time at Statewide, David has witnessed the consistent flow of positive customer comments about our team’s performance. Whenever he hears they’re “walking the talk,” by living out Statewide’s core values in their interactions, he takes it as a serious compliment and reflection of the company culture. All in all, David strives for his team to provide transparency with their interactions and stay engaged in solving problems. This helps everyone stay focused on their top priority: the success of Statewide’s customers.
David is a graduate of Suffolk University, he lives with his family in Andover, MA, and when he’s not spending time with his close knit group of friends, he enjoys getting outdoors with his Australian Shepherd, Copley.
