Customer Support Engineer

Cecilia has almost 15 years of experience in the Customer Support industry, with the last nine spent working as a Customer Support Engineer at Statewide. She’s most passionate about doing everything she can to offer our customers and her teammates the highest level of support and service.

Cecilia excels in BIG projects like major network service migrations and strives to deliver solutions so smooth, no impact is felt by the end users. She believes that every experience in life teaches you something, and you can collect all those lessons and use them to succeed in your daily life. This will make you more connected and useful to everyone around you.

Above all else, Cecilia enjoys teaching our clients about technology and always finding them an answer that helps. She lives outside of Boston, chooses summer over winter any day, and likes to read, sew, embroider, and maybe someday stitch together a full quilt!
