Field Service and Customer Support

Ryan has five years of Field Service and Customer Support experience, with the last three working with the team at Statewide. He’s spent the bulk of that professional time building solid and reliable relationships with customers and helping them solve their business issues with telecommunications.

In his role at Statewide, Ryan has been tasked with thinking up and delivering programming changes that make our customers’ phone systems more efficient for the industries they work in. He utilizes a wealth of technical skills and certifications to do so, as a Certified Allworx Technician, Avaya IP Office Technician and Edgemarc/ Ribbon Certified Technician.

Ryan lives in Nashua, NH where he likes piña coladas and getting caught in the rain.
