Mike has been in the Field Service and Customer Support industry for 20 years, spending the last two here at Statewide. He’s passionate about ensuring his work is clear, crisp and thorough and always strives to make Statewide’s customers happy.

Mike has a wealth of experience in complex projects like mass phone installations and comprehensive communications solutions, and his many certifications (Avaya IP Office Certified, Allworx Certified, and Samsung Certified) help him consistently serve his customers with the most up-to-date innovations and information. He prides himself on always working to the best of his ability, and he’s never had a corrective callback to a project or site.

Mike lives outside of Boston with his wife and children and he enjoys listening to history-related podcasts and watching documentaries.
