Drew has worked in the technical support industry for six years, spending the last two and a half as a Support Engineer at Statewide. He is most passionate about developing relationships with customers that are so personal, they feel like they’re working with someone they actually know. He believes this dynamic gives Statewide a real identity that keeps customers from having a run-of-the-mill “call-center” experience.
After graduating from NHTI with an associate’s degree in Business Management, Drew spent several years evolving his career as a support technician before eventually joining the Statewide team. Here, he’s continued to hone his skills by helping our customers give the very best call-in experience to their clients.
Drew lives in the super peaceful woods of Barnstead, NH where he loves to cook, listen to music, spend time with his daughter, and root for the Boston Bruins!
